ATC Allowing Sale Of Alcoholic Beverages On Sunday Until 4

INDIANAPOLIS – The Indiana Alcohol and Tobacco Commission (ATC) has announced that it will allow the sale of alcoholic beverages on Sunday, March 10 to continue until 4 a.m. due to Daylight Saving Time.
Daylight Saving Time begins on Sunday, March 10 at 2 a.m., at which time clocks will move forward one hour to 3 a.m.
In accordance with Indiana Code 7.1-3-1-14, all alcoholic beverage sales must cease by 3 a.m. local prevailing time. However, in observance of Daylight Saving Time, the ATC is permitting the sale of alcoholic beverages to occur until 4 a.m. on Sunday morning in order to maintain the regular number of service hours for retailers.
