Laugh for Kids’ Sake: Big Brothers Big Sisters Plans Comedy Fundraiser

NORTH WEBSTER - Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Indiana announced its inaugural comedy show fundraiser, "Laugh for Kids’ Sake,” set to take place at the Owl’s Nest in North Webster on March 22.
This event aims to raise funds and awareness for the organization's mission of fostering one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth, according to a news release from BBBS.
Featured comics include Jacob Readdy, Bailey Hostetler, Corey Mann, Carl Dean, Sean Shank, Colton Cole and local comedian and Big Sister Amanda Sautter.
Attendees can anticipate an evening filled with laughter and camaraderie, featuring performances by seven talented comedians, the release states. The event, exclusively for adults, will kick off at 7 p.m. with doors opening, followed by the comedy show at 8 p.m. Guests will enjoy a selection of heavy appetizers, available for their enjoyment throughout the evening. A cash bar will be on-site offering a variety of beverages.
In addition to the comedy performances, "Laugh for Kids’ Sake" will feature a wine and bourbon pull, adding an element of excitement and surprise to the evening, the release states. Attendees can also participate in a 50/50 drawing.
