• 4:42 a.m. Sunday - Joseph Robert Slisz, 31, of 107 EMS W23 Lane, North Webster, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of a legend drug or precursor, driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension, resisting law enforcement and obstruction of justice. Bond: $5,250.
• 2:06 p.m. Sunday - Jodi Ann Pruitt, 54, of 310 N. High St., #1, Silver Lake, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 4:40 p.m. Sunday - Jessica Lee Villa, 42, of 1816 Rosemont Ave., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a property damage crash. Bond: $700.
• 8:53 p.m. Sunday - Christian Giovanni Garcia, 28, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, #108, Warsaw, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.
• 9:05 p.m. Sunday - Anthony M. Jones, 32, of 508 Prairie Drive, Syracuse, arrested on a foreign warrant and domestic battery - adult against family or member less than 14. Bond: $6,000.
• 10:29 p.m. Sunday - Andrew Gabriel McKeever, 52, of 113 Sophie Lane, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.15 or more with a prior and on a foreign warrant. Bond: $525.
• 2:45 a.m. Monday - Chase C. Humble, 32, of 3699 N. CR 175E, #57, Warsaw, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond listed.
• 8:23 a.m. Monday - Dustin R. Cooper, 44, of 801 E. Walnut St., Akron, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.
• 11:24 a.m. Monday - La Ronn Eugene Williams, 50, South Bend, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

• 9:31 a.m. Friday - Intersection of West CR 200 and South CR 550W, SUV-pickup collision. Warsaw. Drivers: Michael A. Kolesiak, 56, North CR 1000E, Akron; Kevin L. Harris Jr., 34, South CR 600W, Warsaw. Injury: Harris was pronounced dead at the scene. Damage: Over $100,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
