Rochester Man Arrested After Fleeing Deputies

FULTON COUNTY - A Rochester man was arrested after leading police on a high-speed chase.
On March 3 at approximately 8:27 p.m., Chief Deputy Matthew Utter, of the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office, attempted to stop a Chevrolet Impala in the area of CR 700W and Olson Road in Fulton County. The driver failed to yield and fled at a high rate of speed.
During the pursuit, the vehicle left the road and drove through two fields near the intersection of Olson Road and CR 200W. The vehicle came to a stop in a field and the driver, Tristan Hensley, 18, Rochester, was taken into custody without further incident.
Hensley was taken to the Fulton County Jail and booked on the charges of resisting law enforcement with a vehicle, reckless driving and operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license.
Assisting the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office was the Rochester City Police Department.
