National Consumer Protection Week is March 3-9. Unfortunately, scams and fraudulent activity have skyrocketed within the past several years. As a local financial institution, 1st Source tracks the financial scams and fraud that are affecting communities, friends and families.
“At 1st Source Bank, we believe that we have a responsibility to educate our communities on how to properly identify, report and protect themselves and their loved ones from scams,” the release from 1st Source states.
1st Source Bank wants customers to know that they are available as a resource on this complex subject during National Consumer Protection Week and beyond.
Additionally, the 1st Source team is preparing educational content and resources to share with the local community.
