• 11:51 a.m. Wednesday - Adam John Frantz, 44, of 208 N. Main St., South Whitley, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16. Bond: $1,000.
• 2:10 p.m. Wednesday - Isaiah Jon Newell, 26, of 6003 W. CR 1500N, Silver Lake, arrested on three charges of misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $400.
• 2:10 p.m. Wednesday - Mikyla Lynn McCreary, 22, Dowagiac, Mich., arrested for operating a vehicle with a controlled substance in the body - first offense, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish with a prior and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $700.
• 1:45 p.m. Wednesday - Jason Wayne Elijah, 49, of 121 E. Esterbrook Drive, North Webster, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.
