• 2:37 p.m. Thursday - Rebecca M. Kaster, 44, of 407 N. Main St., Syracuse, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.
• 3:49 p.m. Thursday - Kaitlynn Faith Scarberry, 22, of 9200 E. Morrison Island Road, Syracuse, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
