Miller Named Customer Service Representative For Brock Grain Systems

MILFORD — Belinda Miller has been named customer service representative for Brock Grain Systems, according to Steve Homme, business support group manager for the CTB Inc. business unit.
In her new role, Miller will focus her attention on supporting Brock’s Northeastern United States dealer network by providing customer service, processing orders and ensuring a complete and accurate billing process.
Prior to joining CTB, Miller gained six years of experience at a crop insurance agency in Warsaw where she held the title of agent support representative. In this role, she assisted clients with the filing of paperwork in order to meet government compliance requirements.
Miller earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Grace College.
A native of Warsaw, she still resides there.
