• 3:01 a.m. Wednesday - Kermit R. Walker, 47, Plainfield, Ill., arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish, possession of paraphernalia and operating a vehicle with a controlled substance in body - first offense. Bond: $15,000.
• 2:05 p.m. Wednesday - Marcus Antonio Miller, 39, of 8 EMS B58 Lane, Warsaw, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.
• 5:01 p.m. Wednesday - Donald Ray Bryant Jr., 32, of 106 N. High St., Silver Lake, arrested for resisting a law enforcement officer by fleeing on foot, false informing and on a warrant. Bond: $750.
• 10:39 p.m. Wednesday - Shaun Michael Church, 47, of 1033 N. Mullen St., Syracuse, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior. Bond: $750.
• 12:05 p.m. Thursday - Jason Michael Robertson, 38, of 499 W. Cherry Tree Drive, Warsaw, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond listed.

• 12:16 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of South McKinley and Jefferson streets, Warsaw. SUV-pickup collision. Drivers: Christopher Polk, 47, North Bay Drive, Warsaw; Austin L. Allen, 27, Sumac Lane, North Webster. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
