SYRACUSE – Geneva Kay Ousley, 66, Milford, died Friday, June 21, 2024, at Miller's Merry Manor in Warsaw.
She was born Jan. 19, 1958, in Jacksonville, Fla., to Frank and Sarah Hefflin Kelley. On Oct, 13, 1978, Kay married Timothy Collins.
Titus Funeral Home of Syracuse is entrusted with the care of Kay and her family. Friends and family may gather there, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse, on Friday, July 12 from 5 until 7 p.m. with the memorial service beginning at 7 p.m.
