NORTH WEBSTER — A James Lake home is a total loss after a Saturday afternoon fire, according to Tippecanoe Township Fire Territory Assistant Chief Dave Rensberger.
TTFT was called out to the fire at 69 EMS T3 Lane, North Webster, at 3:22 p.m. Saturday.
TTFT called for assistance from the Winona Lake Fire Department, Turkey Creek Fire Territory, Plain Township Fire Department and Pierceton Fire Department, with Rensberger explaining he wanted to give firefighters breaks due to the heat.
Also responding to the scene were Lutheran EMS and North Webster EMS.
No cause of the fire is known at this time. Firefighters were on at the scene until at least 4:30 p.m. Saturday.
According to Kosciusko County Beacon GIS, the home is owned by Michael H. Burke and Lois Burke-Dickerhoff.
