Cause Of Sunday North Manchester Fire ‘Unknown’

NORTH MANCHESTER — Multiple fire departments responded to a fire southeast of Sidney on Sunday afternoon.
Sidney-Jackson Township Fire Department was called out to the fire at 6246 E. 1000S, North Manchester, about 2:40 p.m.
"Most of the fire involvement was up around the solar panels on the roof," said Sidney-Jackson Township Fire Chief Kevin Wagoner.
It took about an hour for firefighters to get the fire under control. No one was injured in the blaze.
The cause of the fire is still unknown.
Also responding to the scene were Winona Lake Fire Department, Pierceton Fire Department, Claypool Fire Department, Silver Lake Fire Department and Lutheran EMS.
According to Kosciusko County Beacon GIS, the home is owned by Joshua A. Stevens.
