• 1:43 a.m. Tuesday - James Gene Bartley III, 37, South Bend, arrested for being a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,250.
• 9:56 a.m. Tuesday - Trayklyn Michael Castro, 27, of 501 N. Harrison St., Warsaw, arrested for intimidation. No bond set.
• 10:30 a.m. Tuesday - Ruben Deleon Ramos Jr., 33, South Bend, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.
• 11:45 a.m. Tuesday - Elizabeth Anne Plank, 43, Goshen, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.
• 12:09 p.m. Tuesday - Ana Giron, 34, of 1692 E. CR 200N, #176, Warsaw, arrested for identity deception. Bond: $5,250.
• 11:45 p.m. Tuesday - Tabitha Louise Krueger, 31, Goshen, arrested for resisting a law enforcement officer using a vehicle. No bond set.
• 2:34 a.m. Wednesday - Arden W. Stafford, 41, of 3891 N. Prairie St., Warsaw, arrested for intimidation and domestic battery - simple assault. Bond: $5,250.
• 4:39 p.m. Wednesday - Gretchen Elizabeth Carter, 50, of 2519 E. Center St., #138, Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior, driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension and resisting law enforcement. Bond: $5,250.
• 6:53 p.m. Wednesday - Ronald Gene Davis, 57, Bowling Green, Ky., arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $15,250.

• 11:37 a.m. June 10 - Intersection of East Main and North Morgan streets, Mentone. Motorcycle lost control. Driver: Joshua J. Bolin, 41, East High Street, Mentone. Injury: Bolin had minor bleeding to the head. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 10:47 a.m. June 11 - Intersection of East U.S. 30 and South CR 900E, Pierceton. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Aleigh J. Hill, 21, West CR 250S, Larwill; James L. Ivery, 57, Chicago. Injuries: Hill had a fracture dislocation to the elbow/lower arm; passengers in Hill’s vehicle, Terry J. Wood, 50, West CR 250S, Larwill, had a chest injury; and Agdalynn M. Wood, 26, West CR 250S, Larwill, was pronounced dead. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. KCSO.
• 4 a.m. Sunday - U.S. 30 at mile marker 89, Warsaw. Car went into embankment and then Tippecanoe River. Driver: Tyra L. King, 17, Monterey. Injury: King had a contusion to the knee/lower leg/foot. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 9:21 a.m. Monday - Intersection of East Center and North Harrison streets, Warsaw. Truck-car collision. Drivers: Joshua Salyer, 34, Bluffton; Jackie Harter, 77, Bartol Drive, Warsaw. Injuries: Harter had minor bleeding to the elbow/lower arm; passenger in Harter’s vehicle, Linda Harter, 74, Bartol Drive, Warsaw, had a bruise to the chest. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. WPD.
• 2:13 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of Ind. 15 and Kincaide Street, Warsaw. Car-truck collision. Drivers: Braxton E. Brooks, 20, Peru, Ind.; Warren T. Renner, 72, Kendallville. Injury: Brooks had minor bleeding to the shoulder/upper arm. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.
