She was born July 19, 1965, in Washington, D.C., to Charles Kirkpatrick and Ruby Snow.
Titus Funeral Home of North Webster is entrusted with Val’s care. Friends and family may gather to honor Valerie's memory Mocks Cemetery - North Webster Addition June 21 at 11 a.m. for a graveside service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Goshen Center for Cancer Care.
