Flow-Tech Plumbing & Heating and Elliott's Heating & Air's "community connection" is what sets them apart from competitors, said Dave Gareiss.
Gareiss co-owns Flow-Tech with Blake Peterson and Neal Stangland. Flow-Tech bought Elliott's of Warsaw in January.
The Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce had a ribbon-cutting to celebrate the partnership on Monday.
Elliott's is at 560 S. Zimmer Road, with Flow-Tech opting to keep the Elliott's name after the buyout. Loren Dalrymple, who formerly owned Elliott's, has also remained on as branch manager.
The company offers heating, cooling and plumbing services.
"We also have a department, which focuses specifically on commercial new construction," said Gareiss.
"We have a department dedicated to plumbing, heating and cooling service," he said. "We have a sewer and drain cleaning department as well."
Flow-Tech has 94 employees between its Warsaw location and four others: Columbia City, Fort Wayne, Ligonier and Wabash.
"It's not ... some big equity firm hundreds of miles away," said Gareiss.
He said Flow-Tech and Elliott's values honesty and integrity.
"We don't bring any gimmicks to the table. Everything we're do, we're doing upfront above the board, and we want the customers to have the options to decide what they want to do," said Gareiss.
Hours for Elliott's are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday with 24/7 emergency service.
People may call 574-267-6052 for more information.
