• 11:05 a.m. Friday - Gared V. Peters, 42, of 4073 E. Pierceton Road, Pierceton, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.15 or more. Bond: $700.

• 5:01 p.m. Thursday - Intersection of West U.S. 30 and CR 200N, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Chassity L. Dillon, 50, North Main Street, Bourbon; Bo L. Davis, 27, Columbia City. Injuries: Dillon had a contusion to the knee/lower leg/foot; passengers in Dillon’s vehicle, Darienne Davis, 21, South Main Street, Bourbon, complained of head pain; and Aubree Adams, 7, North Main Street, Bourbon, had a neck contusion. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
