• 1:46 p.m. Monday - Carolyn Ousley Flores, 65, of 526 Anchorage Road, #C, Warsaw, arrested for visiting a common nuisance. Bond: $750.
• 1:37 p.m. Monday - Kevin Anthony Jackson, 24, Fort Wayne, arrested on a warrant for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $600.
• 2 p.m. Monday - Jocelyn Marie Deleon, 25, Portage, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $600.
• 2:27 p.m. Monday - Kathryn Jean Hansen-Cornett, 26, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, #208, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 10:07 p.m. Monday - Aaliyah Renee Petersen, 19, Merrillville, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond listed.
• 9:50 a.m. Tuesday - Pedro Juarez-Aguilar, 49, of 3762 W. Old 30, #683, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.
• 11:59 a.m. Tuesday - Donald Leon Combs, 50, of 440 Wexford Place, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor probation violation. No bond set.

• 11:08 a.m. Saturday - Intersection of South Ind. 15 and West CR 950S, Silver Lake. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Brody E. Erhart, 17, East CR 700S, Claypool; McKenzie W. Williams, 26, McClellan Street, Warsaw; Miranda M. Mikel, 51, Deer Run North, Warsaw. Injuries: Mikel complained of pain to the thumb; passengers in Williams’ vehicle, Hannah L. Williams, 23, McClellan Street, Warsaw, and Aaron C. Parson, 29, LaFontaine, both had contusions to the face. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 4 p.m. Saturday - Chapman Lake Drive, 750 feet south of East CR 250N, Warsaw. SUV-pedestrian collision. Driver: Destiny Weaver, 37, Fort Wayne. Injury: Pedestrian Daniel J. Weaver had a head injury. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. KCSO.
