Bookings
The following people were arrested and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 4:40 p.m. Friday - Daniela Jean Hamby, 25, of 2710 E. Patterson Road, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 9:42 p.m. Friday - Phillip Lorence Konieczny, 37, of 1114 N. Penny Drive, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16. Bond: $5,250.
• 11:32 p.m. Friday - Joel Ryan Pyle, 57, Huntington, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 2:54 a.m. Saturday - Devon Pete Poe, 36, of 513 S. Union St., Warsaw, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.

• 2:55 a.m. Friday - A person was arrested for resisting law enforcement and obstruction of justice in the 200 block of North Higbee Street, Milford. Milford Police Department investigated.
• 9:10 a.m. Friday - Suspicious activity was reported in the 500 block of North Union Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 2:10 p.m. Friday - Fraud was reported in the 900 block of Anchorage Road, Warsaw. WPD.
• 3:52 p.m. Friday - Merchandise was reported in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.
• 1:25 a.m. Saturday - Identity documents, personal/business documents and money were reported stolen in the 1700 block of West Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 2:34 a.m. Saturday - Invasion of privacy was reported in the 500 block of North Union Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 12:36 p.m. Saturday - Intimidation was reported in the 500 block of West CR 300N, Warsaw. WPD.
• 9 p.m. Saturday - A warrant was served in the 1300 block of Mariners Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
• 3:28 a.m. Sunday - An intoxicated driver was reported in the 300 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.

Valley Opens Sectional Play With Win Over West Noble
The Tippecanoe Valley girls’ win on Tuesday night wasn’t the prettiest, but at this time of year that doesn’t matter. The team was able to survive and advance with a victory in the opening game of the 3A Sectional Tournament at Fairfield, pulling away late to defeat West Noble 40-19.

Wawasee Community School Corp. Holds First Hearing On Student Activity Center
SYRACUSE — The first of two state-mandated public hearings on a new student activity center and deferred maintenance projects was approximately 15 minutes long with no public comments Tuesday.
