Mark DeWitt, 60, New Paris, died June 8, 2024, at Elkhart General Hospital.  
He was born Dec. 21, 1963.
He served as a first lieutenant in the National Guard. He married Jill Patty on Oct. 13, 1990.
Survivors include daughter, Alexandra (Tyler) Johnson, of Milford; mother, Barbara DeWitt, of Syracuse; sister Marti (Terry) Likens, of North Webster; and brother, Mike DeWitt, of Syracuse.
Visitation will be June 13 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Titus Funeral Home, Syracuse. His funeral will be Friday, June 14 at 11 a.m. with visitation one hour prior. Burial will be immediately following at Mock Addition North Webster Cemetery.
