The following people were arrested and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 3:58 p.m. Tuesday - Timothy Louis Carter, 55, Huntertown, arrested for theft with a prior conviction. Bond: $500.
• 5:28 p.m. Tuesday - Lisa Ann Withers, 45, of 3559 S. Palestine Lane, Warsaw, arrested for violation of a court order. No bond set.
• 9:10 p.m. Tuesday - Jasmine Marie Hunt, 31, of 201 S. Detroit St., #160, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16 and resisting law enforcement. Bond: $5,250.
• 9:40 p.m. Tuesday - James Frederick Koser, 50, of 320 W. Main St., #413, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor probation violation. No bond set.
• 10:55 p.m. Tuesday - Juan Pablo Sanchez Brito, 28, of 948 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension and misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $450.

• 12:47 p.m. Tuesday- East Center Street, 100 feet east of North Lincoln Street, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: David H. Catalan Barbosa, 22, West Pike Street, Warsaw; Kenna A. Olney, 22, Fort Wayne. Injury: Olney complained of chest pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 5:39 a.m. Monday - South County Farm Road at mile marker 105, Silver Lake. Pickup hit deer. Driver: Isaac L. Callaway, 22, South CR 700E, North Manchester. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 6:07 a.m. Tuesday - CR 300, Warsaw. Pickup hit deer. Driver: Robert E. Miller, 33, West CR 300N, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

Incidents
• 2:21 p.m. Tuesday - A traffic offense was reported for a person operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license in the 400 block of Prosperity Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
• 2:21 p.m. Tuesday - Fraud was reported in the 1400 block of East Jefferson Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 3:36 p.m. Tuesday - A warrant was served in the 2800 block of Frontier Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
• 7:16 p.m. Tuesday - A hammock with a metal frame was reported found in the 200 block of South Wood Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 9:30 p.m. Tuesday - A warrant was served in the 700 block of South Buffalo Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 10:34 p.m. Tuesday - A person resisting a law enforcement officer using a vehicle was reported in the 700 block of North Huntington Street, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.
• 10:42 p.m. Tuesday - A traffic stop was initiated for a person driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension and a warrant in the 900 block of Anchorage Road, Warsaw. WPD.

Boomerang Backpacks Program Expands To All Whitko Schools
LARWILL – Through funding received from the Whitley County Health Department/Health First Indiana Grant, Whitko Community Schools’ corporation nurse, Stephanie Meyer, recently announced the Boomerang Backpacks program will expand to students at Whitko Jr./Sr. High School and South Whitley Elementary School.

Jackson Attends Last County Commissioners Meeting
After 28 years, Brad Jackson has attended his last meeting as Kosciusko County commissioner. That occurred on Monday in the Kosciusko County Courthouse's Old Courtroom.
