WINONA LAKE – Winona Lake’s Family Fest will be from 3 to 6 p.m. Saturday at the Miller Sunset Pavilion.
“So it’s our annual Family Fest that is really an extension of when we used to do the community dinner,” said Town Manager Craig Allebach.
The town wanted to make the event a little bit more family friendly, where kids and young adults could attend.
During Family Fest, there is a free meal for Winona Lake residents. For the last few years food that has offered included pork and cookies, “a really good meal,” he said.
There will be bounce houses, bingo and ice cream available.
Face painting also is available.
Fun and games are from 3 to 6 p.m. Bingo is at 4:30 p.m. Dinner is at 5 p.m.
