• 6:23 a.m. Monday - Augusto Tlahuetl Zaca, 35, of 1692 E. CR 200N, Warsaw, arrested for being a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,250.
• 2:26 p.m. Monday - Melissa Elaine Hamilton, 39, of 410 N. Lake St., Warsaw, arrested for a drug court violation. No bond listed.
• 2:34 p.m. Monday - Taylor Jeffery Caldwell, 31, Fort Wayne, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $5,250.
• 4:35 p.m. Monday - Brittney Jo Holbrook, 28, of 427 Sophie Lane, Warsaw, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.
• 11:35 p.m. Monday - Gregory Andrew Pratt, 22, of 3430 N. CR 400E, Warsaw, arrested for reckless driving. Bond: $500.

Wert, 36, North Columbia Street, Warsaw; Anay Cisneros Rangel, 23, West Myrtle Glen Drive, Silver Lake. Injury: Wert had a chest contusion. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 10:02 p.m. Sunday - Intersection of Ind. 15 and West CR 100S, Warsaw. Minivan-car collision. Drivers: Manuel A. Rodriguez, 27, Stratford Drive, Winona Lake; Andrew J. Weeks, 19, Rieder Street, Warsaw. Injuries: Rodriguez had an abrasion to the elbow/lower arm; Weeks complained of abdomen/pelvis pain. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 11:37 p.m. Sunday - Intersection of North Eastshore Drive and East Pickwick Drive, Syracuse. Car hit wooden walkway. Driver: Trevor A. Moseman, 33, North Kings Drive, Syracuse. Injury: Moseman had minor bleeding to the head. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. KCSO.
• 4:36 p.m. Monday - Intersection of East Main and North Grant streets, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Andrew L. Wortham, 32, Niles, Mich.; Kaylee R. Owens, 22, East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Injury: Owens had an abrasion to the elbow/lower arm. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.
