Pierceton Days Features Music, Parade And Kids Activities

PIERCETON – Pierceton Days is scheduled for Friday, Saturday and Sunday this week.
The theme for Pierceton Days is Back to the ‘90s.
Below is the schedule of events for the three-day event. All activities will be on First Street and in Brower Park.
On Friday, there will vendors from 1 to 9 p.m. and bounce houses from 3 to 9 p.m.
The KC Dance Company will perform from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
The car show also will be Friday. Registration will be from 1 to 5 p.m. at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel. Judging starts at 5 p.m. Awards will be at 9 p.m. at the DJ stand.
On Saturday, the fire department breakfast will be from 7 to 10 a.m. Vendors will be available from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Bounce houses will be available from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
A corn hole tournament will be at 10 a.m. Cost is $20 per team. Registration starts at 9 a.m. in front of Lake City Bank. There will cash prizes and a 50/50 raffle.
Pony rides will be from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Jungle Island Petting Zoo will be from noon to 4 p.m. Face painting will be from noon to 4 p.m.
On Saturday, SYN will perform from 7 to 10 p.m.
Registration for the motorcycle show will be from 7 a.m. to noon. The motorcycle show will be from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. with awards given out at 3 p.m. at the DJ stand.
The parade lineup will be at 4 p.m. Saturday at Pierceton Elementary School. The parade begins at 5 p.m.
Fireworks will be in Brower Park at 10 p.m. Saturday.
On Sunday, Praise in Brower Park will be at 2 p.m. held by Harvest Community Church.
