NorthWest TownHomes' owners "want to see the area grow and see the people that work here, live here."
Thus said Frank Levinson, who co-owns the new 42-unit rental property with his wife, Becky Levinson.
The Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce had a ribbon-cutting for the town homes, 42 Poplar St., Warsaw, on Tuesday.
Becky said construction began in winter 2022, with the buildings finished in June 2024.
Only about five units are not currently occupied, she said.
The two- and three-story walk-up units range in size from 1,350 to 2,300 square feet, with each having private garages. Pricing is from $1,700 to $2,500 per month, Becky said.
"We want them to make this their home. We want them to hang pictures on the wall and put on a pot on (the) front stoop with some flowers," said Becky of what she hoped people do when they rent the homes. "We've tried to create a blank slate for you to bring your life here and make it comfortable and a good environment to call home."
If people are interested in renting one of the homes, they may visit nwtownhomes.com to see floor plan layouts, take virtual tours and apply.
