Ind. 14 To Close For Bridge Construction

The Indiana Department of Transportation announced the closure of Ind. 14 for bridge construction.
Starting on or after Aug. 5, crews will be working between South CR 700E and CR 950W, according to a news release from INDOT. Work on the project is expected to last until the end of September. All work is weather-dependent and schedules are subject to change.
During the closure, drivers should use the approved detour of Ind. 13, U.S. 30 and Ind. 5 or seek an alternate route.
INDOT encourages drivers to consider safety for all by slowing down, using extra caution and driving distraction-free when travelling in and around all work zones.
