Marvin Ray Mast, 98, of Warsaw, peacefully entered eternity with our Lord and Savior on July 23, 2024, surrounded by loved ones.
The oldest of 15 children, Marvin was born on April 5, 1926, in Plain City, Ohio, to the late Levi and Mary Miller Mast.
Marvin, an Air Force veteran and loving father, lived a life marked by service, resilience, and overcoming.
After his military service, Marvin returned home, married the love of his life, Maxine Martin Mast, and became a proud devoted father of four children, whom he raised with unwavering love and support. Committing his life to Christ, Marvin attended Clarence Center Brethren in Christ church in Clarence Center, N.Y., and most recently attended Bread of Life in Indiana. His children remember him as a kind, gentle father with a strong work ethic. Marvin’s legacy is one of integrity, hard work, and kindness. Working until he was in his 80s, Marvin was a respected member of the community, as well as a highly regarded trim specialist and carpenter employed with Willie’s Oakbrook Homes.
