Patricia Strombeck, grandmother of officer Chris Francis, took her oath of office joining the Warsaw Police Department this morning in a private swearing-in at City Hall. She is a resident at Paddock Springs and chose to become a police officer for the day through their Live a Dream Program, in honor of her late husband and grandson Chris.
