• 12:33 p.m. Thursday - Aaron Lee Gans, 37, of 503 E. Edgewater Drive, Syracuse, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $400.
• 2:25 p.m. Thursday - Xavier Wade Russell, 39, of 1734 S. CR 275E, #17, Winona Lake, arrested for violation of a court order. No bond set.
• 4:18 p.m. Thursday - Kara Shay Kelley, 29, of 301 E. Palm Drive, #11, Syracuse, arrested for neglect of a dependant/child violations. Bond: $750.
• 10:36 p.m. Thursday - Kaleb Michael Greenwood, 27, of 115 S. Pine St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior. Bond; $5,250.
• 12:35 a.m. Friday - Danny Lee Hale, 71, of 1024 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior and being a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $7,500.
• 3:40 a.m. Friday - Paul Edward Vines Jr., 43, of 1710 Tippecanoe Drive, #C, Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $300.

• 10:13 a.m. Thursday - North Ind. 13, 600 feet south of North Executive Boulevard, Syracuse. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Jeffery R. Dale, 66, EMS B24E Lane, Leesburg; Tiffany L. Heimann, 43, EMS W19 Lane, North Webster; Randy J. Warren, 76, West Effie Mae Street, North Webster. Injury: Heimann complained of neck pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

Power Line Lowering Project ‘Substantially Complete’
