• 12:43 p.m. Thursday - Stephanie Ann Wiggs, 41, of 10321 N. CR 100E, Milford, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16. No bond listed.
• 3:21 p.m. Thursday - Tyler Jacob Wolfe, 26, of 11856 N. Ogden Point Road, Syracuse, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.
• 12:54 a.m. Friday - David Darnell Milligan, 18, Fort Wayne, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish, making a false identity statement and on a warrant. Bond: $600.
• 9:12 p.m. Friday - Christopher Eugene Konkle, 49, of 201 W. Quad St., Bourbon, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 11:55 p.m. Friday - Timothy J. McCarthy, 61, of 15 EMS C27C Lane, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and resisting law enforcement. Bond: $700.
• 2:37 a.m. Saturday - Hector C. Zaca, 18, of 3283 E. East Ridge Drive, Warsaw, arrested for consumption of alcohol by a minor, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish, possession of paraphernalia and on two charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 2:30 p.m. Saturday - Larry L. Baker, 56, of 302 13th St., Winona Lake, arrested on two charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 5:59 p.m. Saturday - Mark Alan Lawson, 56, of 8217 E. Constitution Drive, Syracuse, arrested for operating a motorboat while intoxicated. Bond: $700
• 6:12 p.m. Saturday - Gabriel Zerr Atkinson, 42, North Salem, arrested for felony failure to appear. Bond: $5,250.
• 10:03 p.m. Saturday - Aaron Edward Torbet, 43, of 4361 E. Duffy Drive, Syracuse, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $5,500.

• 6:10 p.m. Friday - A drug complaint was reported in the 9500 block of West Ind. 25, Mentone. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 1:58 a.m. Saturday - Theft of a motor vehicle was reported in the 9400 block of North Syracuse-Webster Road. KCSO.
• 4:58 a.m. Saturday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 1600 block of Maye Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 8:50 p.m. Saturday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 400 block of South Union Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 12:06 a.m. Sunday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 1400 block of East Smith Street, Warsaw. WPD.
