AKRON – Margaret Jean Burkett Renfroe, 96, Logansport, formerly of Akron, died Saturday, July 6, 2024, at her residence.
Jean was born April 1, 1928, near Akron to Roscoe and Orpha Rowe Burkett. She was married on Dec. 30, 1993, in Macy, to Orville Renfroe, who died Nov. 9, 1996.
A memorial service will take place at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 20 at Hartzler Funeral Home, Akron. The interment will take place following the service in the Athens Cemetery.
Memorial visitation hours will be 10 a.m. to the time of the service on Saturday, July 20 at the funeral home.
