• 3:49 p.m. Monday - Paul Edward Vines Jr., 43, of 1710 Tippecanoe Drive, #C, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $500.
• 5:58 p.m. Monday - Sarah Anne Anders, 44, of 1203 Wooster Road, #B, Winona Lake, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $6,000.
• 9 p.m. Monday - Anish Daita, 31, of 220 Church Hill Downs Drive, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated causing death. Bond: $105,000.
• 11:37 p.m. Monday - Lantz Michael Garrett, 33, of 630 S. Lake St., Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 2:21 a.m. Tuesday - Danny Johan Mario Kappen, 36, Utrecht, Netherlands, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 4:12 p.m. Thursday - Ind. 15, 150 feet north of West Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Rachael E. Shoue, 37, North CR 350W, Warsaw; Jordan M. Gaines, 29, Heron Boulevard, Warsaw; Nevaeh A. Vanfleeren, 17, North Perry Drive, Milford. Injuries: Shoe complained of elbow/lower arm pain; Gaines had minor bleeding to the head. • 4:30 p.m. Saturday - Intersection of North Ind. 13 and East Vawter Park Road, Syracuse. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Claire E. Standley, 19, Indianapolis; Ray Skelton, 27, East George Street, North Webster; Jefferey L. Miller, 61, Decatur. Injuries: Standley had minor bleeding to the head; Miller complained of pain to the knee/lower leg/foot; passenger in Stadley’s vehicle, Ruby M. Rusk, 20, Indianapolis, had an abrasion to the elbow/lower arm; passengers in Skelton’s vehicle; Aliscia L.
