• 4:53 p.m. Thursday - Billy Laurance Baldridge, 50, of 200 N. Park Ave., Warsaw, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 11:40 p.m. Thursday - Joshua Nathaniel Degood, 41, of 10261 N. Turkey Creek Road, Syracuse, arrested for operating a motorboat while intoxicated, refusal to submit to a chemical test and operating a motorboat with excessive speed/disregard to safety. Bond: $700.
• 3 a.m. Friday - Carlos Velazquez, 19, of 3104 E. Wooster Road, #10, Pierceton, arrested for consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $450.
• 3:20 a.m. Friday - Kelsey Hamilton, 21, of 2662 12th Road, Bourbon, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 9:24 a.m. Friday - Robert Castle Junior, 62, of 802 E. Center St., #126, Warsaw, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 2:51 p.m. Friday - Rosalina Solis, 32, Fort Wayne, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension, possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.
• 5:47 p.m. Friday - Julio C. Martinez Nunez, 41, of 3130 Deerfield Path, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated - endangerment and driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. • 7:07 p.m. Friday - Juan Miguel Hernandez, 21, of 1607 Greenhill Drive, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.15 or more with a prior, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish, possession of paraphernalia and operating a vehicle with a controlled substance in a body - first offense. • 8 p.m. Friday - Baylee N. Snyder, 22, of 2441 W. CR 250S, #83, Warsaw, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.
• 1:38 a.m. Saturday - Kevin Patrick Sheets, 48, Anderson, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated - endangerment and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.15 or more. Bond: $700.
• 4:25 a.m. Saturday - Jacob Michel Messmer, 41, of 3699 N. CR 175E, #185, Warsaw, arrested on two charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 12:57 p.m. Saturday - Brady Douglas Stump, 25, Goshen, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.
• 2:51 a.m. Sunday - Genaro Luquin Martinez, 40, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, #71, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $700.
• 2:55 a.m. Sunday - Christhian E. Ramos Gallardo, 22, of 3699 N. CR 175E, #168, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 5:42 a.m. Sunday - Carlton Joseph Harwood, 54, of 9631 E. Pixie Parkway, Cromwell, arrested for felony probation violation, possession of methamphetamine, manufacturing/dealing meth, residential entry and domestic battery. No bond set.
