Phillip Brown, 82, Warsaw, died Wednesday, July 3, 2024, in his home.
He was born Aug. 1, 1941, to Carl and Evelyn Killian Brown in Columbia City.
In 1962 he entered the United States Army. He was a medical technician, receiving his training at the USAMEDS Medical General Hospital for 40 weeks. He was honorably discharged in 1968, obtaining the rank of staff sergeant. He also served three years overseas.
He married Deborah Smith on May 11, 1972, in Warsaw.
Per his request, all services will be private.
The family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made to Riley Children’s Hospital, 30 South Meridian St., Suite 200, Indianapolis, IN 46204-3509.
McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, is entrusted for Phillip’s arrangement.
