• 10:45 a.m. Monday - Amber Nicole Doyle, 44, South Bend, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 3:40 p.m. Monday - James Allen Runyon, 53, of 1135 W. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.
• 9:26 p.m. Monday - Alexander R. Renner, 18, of 5366 E. Creekside Trail, Syracuse, arrested for theft, criminal trespass and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Bond: $600.
• 9:37 p.m. Monday - Tyler Anthony Padgett, 20, of 5366 E. Creekside Trail, Syracuse, arrested for theft and criminal trespass. Bond: $600.

• 8:55 June 23 - Intersection of East U.S. 30 and South Ind. 13, Pierceton. Two-car collision. Drivers: Amy D. Hamilton, 28, South Bend; Rachel E. Hile, 52, Fort Wayne. Injuries: Hamilton complained of pain to the knee/lower leg/foot and Hile complained of pain to the elbow/lower arm. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 10:55 a.m. June 24 - North Ind. 13, Syracuse. SUV-pickup collision. Drivers: Andrew R. Minnick, 22, North Lake Street, Syracuse; Charles W. Siwy, 74, East Koher Road, Syracuse. Injury: Siwy had a non-visible injury to the back. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.
• 5:35 p.m. Saturday - North CR 150W, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Anish Daita, 31, Church Hill Downs, Warsaw; Joseph L. Criswell, 44, East CR 1150N, Milford. Injuries: Criswell was pronounced dead at the scene; passengers in Daita’s vehicle, Vinay K. Taduru, 31, Fort Wayne, had minor bleeding to the face; Naresh R. Malipatel, 30, North Orchard Drive, Warsaw, had an abrasion to the chest; passengers in Criswell’s vehicle, Hannah Fulk, 14, Kinwood Drive, Milford, had severe bleeding to the face; Yandale Criswell, 6, East CR 1150N, Milford, had injury to the face; Amriana Criswell, 7, East CR 1150N, Milford, had an abrasion to the neck; Katalaya Criswell, 9, East CR 1150N, Milford, had minor bleeding to the face; Liam Criswell, 5, East CR 1150N, Milford, had an abrasion to the chest; and Jesus A. Criswell, 16, Lura Circle, Milford, had minor bleeding to the face. Damage: Over $100,000. KCSO.
• 6:38 a.m. Sunday - Intersection of South Ind. 25 and West CR 200S, Warsaw. Unknown vehicle hit SUV, which left the scene. Remaining driver: Rosario Nunez, 51, North Franklin Street, Mentone. Injuries: Nunez complained of pain to the entire body; passenger Claris L. Avila, 16, North Franklin Street, Mentone, complained of abdomen/pelvis pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSO.
• 8:47 p.m. Monday - Intersection of Lake City Highway and Meijer Drive, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Maukukh Myroslav, 57, Schaumburg, Ill.; Tracy B. Quentin, 28, Rolling Prairie. Injury: Quentin complained of elbow/lower arm pain. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
