• 8:40 a.m. Saturday - Dylan Alexander Pettiet, 30, of 812 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16. Bond: $6,000.
• 11:39 p.m. Saturday - Anthony Lane Malless, 42, of 304 5th St., Winona Lake, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior. Bond: $5,250.
• 6:50 p.m. Sunday - Russel D. Bird, 25, of 2240 E. Pierceton Road, Winona Lake, arrested for theft and criminal mischief. Bond: $7,500.
• 8:32 p.m. Sunday - Marco Antonio Cleto, 26, of 1606 Tippecanoe Drive, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16. Bond: $6,000.
• 12:08 a.m. Monday - Joshua Allen Wolfe, 34, of 3750 Lake City Highway, lot 5, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 2:28 p.m. Thursday - 1120 Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Car hit building and two Belle Tire employees. Driver: Tommy J. Hemminger, 23, Ligonier. Injuries: pedestrians, Christopher E. Knight, 31, Inverness Point, Warsaw, complained of hip/upper leg pain; Clint J. Turczi, 36, West Crystal Flash Road, North Webster, had a fracture/dislocation to the hip/upper leg. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

With Senate Enrolled Act 183 taking effect Monday, July 1, Kosciusko County Treasurer Michelle Puckett and Assessor Gail Chapman re-presented the proposed property tax exemption for mobile homes ordinance to the county council Wednesday morning.

Center Lake Beach Closed Due To E.coli Levels
The Kosciusko County Health Department has notified the city of Warsaw Parks Department that tests for E.coli have come back at unsafe levels, and their recommendation is that Center Lake Beach is to be closed immediately.
