• 3:40 p.m. Friday - Ajay Turner Irwin, 21, of 4139 E. CR 1300N, Syracuse, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 5:53 p.m. Friday - Abigail Lee Pifer, 47, of 701 Robson Road, Winona Lake, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 9:10 p.m. Friday - Theodore William Burchett, 24, of 1921 Miami Drive, Warsaw, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.
• 9:39 p.m. Friday - Juan Martinez Rivas, 33, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, #83, Warsaw, arrested for refusal to submit to a chemical test, operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 12:52 a.m. Saturday - Timothy Schmucker, 18, of 12354 N. Kern Road, Syracuse, arrested for theft and criminal trespass. Bond: $600.
• 2:46 a.m. Saturday - James Adam Cich, 38, Indianapolis, arrested on two charges of felony battery with moderate bodily injury. Bond: $5,250.
• 3:07 a.m. Saturday - Matthew Isiaha Duff, 21, Ocean Isele, N.C., arrested for operating a vehicle with a controlled substance in the body - first offense and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $700.
