OrthoWorx & Community Partners Launch HireKosciusko Hiring Fair

OrthoWorx, in partnership with the Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce, Kosciusko Economic Development Corporation (KEDCO), the Kosciusko County Community Foundation, the Kosciusko Human Resource Association (KHRA) and WorkOne/Employ Northern Indiana is sponsoring a countywide Hiring Fair on Feb. 29 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Zimmer Biomet Center Lake Pavilion.
Job-seekers will have the opportunity to connect with and interview for roles at Applied Innovation, ARCH Medical, Avalign Technologies, Bowen Center, Creighton Bros., 80/20, Grace Village Retirement Community, Maple Leaf Farms, Micropulse, Parkview Health, POLYWOOD, Spherion Staffing, Wildman Business Group and Zimmer Biomet.
Prospective employers are seeking applicants with an array of skill sets and backgrounds for a variety of roles in their organizations. Starting today, Feb. 1, area job-seekers will be able to pre-register and upload their resume so employers can preview their information and set interview appointment times.
Allyn Decker, vice president of operations and engagement at OrthoWorx, stated, “OrthoWorx is gratified to be working with such great community development partners to launch the first HireKosciusko hiring fair on Feb. 29. Industry recruiters tell us that finding qualified, local talent is one of their biggest challenges and we know that the application process can be daunting for some job-seekers. Our intent is to provide an atmosphere where hiring companies and job seekers can meet, talk and pursue employment matches in person. Our plan is to host two more fairs in May and October 2024.”
