Bookings
The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 1:36 p.m. Friday - Daryl Patrick Williams, 30, Mishawaka, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $500.
• 2:21 p.m. Friday - David Gene Singer, 40, of 202 N. Lake St., Syracuse, arrested on two charges of manufacturing/dealing a methamphetamine and two charges of possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $50,250.
• 6:21 p.m. Friday - Courtney Christine Bowling, 33, of 8932 E. CR 500N, North Webster, arrested for deception, possession of paraphernalia with a prior, dumping controlled substance waste and possession of a schedule 1 controlled substance. Bond: $5,250.
• 9:04 p.m. Friday - Miguel Angel Hernandez, 40, of 4330 N. Old Ind. 15, #39, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $600.
• 9:04 p.m. Friday - Alfredo Lopez Mendez, 30, of 4330 N. Old Ind. 15, #39, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $600.
• 3:56 a.m. Saturday - Jessica Lee Villa, 42, of 1816 Rosemont Ave., Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $500.

Incidents
• 10:34 a.m. Friday - A property damage accident was reported in the 5100 block of North Old Ind. 15, Warsaw. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 4:49 p.m. Friday - Criminal trespass was reported in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 7:11 p.m. Saturday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 1100 block of Heron Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.
• 9:50 a.m. Sunday - A person was arrested for public intoxication by alcohol and possession of methamphetamine in the 2100 block of Dubois Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
• 10:08 a.m. Sunday - Food was reported stolen in the 4700 block of North Ind. 13, Leesburg. KCSO.
