• 3:44 p.m. Wednesday - Richard Lee Collins, 58, of 804 N. Jefferson St., #13, Silver Lake, arrested for manufacturing/dealing methamphetamine. Bond; $20,250.
• 1:37 p.m. Thursday - Douglas Floyd Fields, 61, of 10525 S. CR 200W, Silver Lake, arrested for criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon. Bond: $7,500.
• 11:09 p.m. Thursday - Kyle Thomas Michaelson, 33, of 4996 S. CR 900W, Mentone, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior. Bond: $5,250.
• 1:20 a.m. Friday - Angela Frances Fry, 35, South Bend, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 10:22 a.m. Friday - Zachary Tyler Brickey, 23, of 4081 N. Runkle Drive, Warsaw, arrested for possession of cocaine or narcotic drug and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.
• 10:42 a.m. Friday - Matthew A. Klosowski, 57, of 1105 E. Wellington Drive, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motorboat while intoxicated. No bond listed.
• 1:19 p.m. Friday - Noe Gutierrez, 34, of 3762 W. Odl 30, #40, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. No bond listed.

• 9:56 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and East Center Street, Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Gregory Staddon, 36, East Legacy Lane, Winona Lake; Ann Szeplaki, 65, East Waveland Cove Lane, Syracuse. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 3:50 p.m. Thursday - South County Farm Road, 300 feet south of Park Ridge Drive, Warsaw. SUV hit deer. Driver: Michelle D. Trolian, 57, North Columbia Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
• 6:34 a.m. Friday - Intersection of East Winona Avenue and South McKinley Street, Winona Lake. Car hit utility pole. Driver: Timothy S. Robbins, 22, Wexford Place, Warsaw. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. WPD.

• 3:48 p.m. Thursday - A person driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension was reported in the 800 block of East CR 200N, Warsaw. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated
• 5:13 p.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish in the 2200 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.
• 11:02 p.m. Thursday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 3300 block of Kuder Lane, Warsaw. KCSO.
