Goshen Health's New Website Seeks To Improve Customer Experience

January 27, 2024 at 1:00 a.m.

GOSHEN – One of the primary goals of Goshen Health's new website is to help patients in the community access the health care they need more quickly and efficiently. Given that many people prefer watching short videos over reading when researching providers or procedures, the organization has an extensive video library.
"We've invested a lot into understanding how people use our website, identifying patterns of usage and designing a website to better meet their needs," said Randy Christophel, Goshen Health president and chief executive officer. "We want patients and their families to be able to quickly find the information they seek – whether they're looking for a specialist, requesting an appointment or wanting to access their medical records or test results."
The website, launched earlier this month, offers a simpler navigation so patients and their families can more easily request an appointment with a specific provider, get their medical records, request a prescription refill or find the answers to their questions. The site includes sections for providers wanting to refer a patient, as well as for job seekers wanting to check out their career opportunities at Goshen Health.
Visit GoshenHealth.com to check out providers, sign up for the patient portal or find the locations of Goshen Health's offices in the community.
