20 Arrested On Warrants During NET 43 Blitz

Nearly two dozen people were arrested Wednesday and Thursday on warrants during a Kosciusko County Narcotics Enforcement Team (NET 43) blitz.
All were booked into the Kosciusko County Jail, according to a news release provided by the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office.
Arrested were:
• Devon Bailey, 32, Fort Wayne, for dealing in methamphetamine, a level 4 felony, and possession of methamphetamine, a level 6 felony. Bond was set at $15,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Zachary Tyler Brickey, 23, of 929 E. Sheridan St., Warsaw, for possession of cocaine, a level 6 felony, and possession of paraphernalia, a class C misdemeanor. Bond was set at $5,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Richard Lee Collins, 58, of 804 N. Jefferson St., #13, Silver Lake, for dealing in methamphetamine, a level 4 felony; possession of methamphetamine, a level 6 felony; dealing in methamphetamine with enhancing circumstances, a level 3 felony; and possession of methamphetamine with enhancing circumstances, a level 5 felony. Bond was set at $20,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Amanda Lynette Dahman, 36, of 9769 E. Swallow Drive, Cromwell, for possession of a narcotic drug, a level 6 felony; possession of methamphetamine, a level 6 felony; and possession of paraphernalia, a class C misdemeanor. Bond was set at $5,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Lauren Marie Davis, 37, of 1887 W. CR 800S, Claypool, for possession of methamphetamine, a level 6 felony, and possession of cocaine, a level 6 felony. Bond was set at $5,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Tony Van Fountain, 29, of 720 Wexford Place, Warsaw, for dealing in methamphetamine, a level 2 felony; possession of methamphetamine, a level 4 felony; dealing in methamphetamine, a level 3 felony; and possession of methamphetamine, a level 5 felony. Bond was set at $25,000 surety and $1,000 cash.
• Michael Hackworth, 47, of 1415 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, for possession of a syringe, a level 6 felony. Bond was set at $5,000 surety and $250 cash.
He also was arrested on another warrant for possession of methamphetamine, a level 6 felony; possession of a syringe, a level 6 felony; possession of marijuana, a class B misdemeanor; possession of paraphernalia, class C misdemeanor; possession of paraphernalia, class C misdemeanor; possession of methamphetamine with enhancing circumstances, a level 5 felony; possession of marijuana with a prior conviction, a class A misdemeanor; and possession of paraphernalia with sentence enhancement, a class A misdemeanor. Bond was set at $10,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Damian Allen Henry, 38, of 212 S. Union St., Apt. A., Warsaw, for possession of methamphetamine, a level 6 felony;neglect of a dependent, a level 6 felony; possession of marijuana, class B misdemeanor; possession of paraphernalia, class C misdemeanor; and possession of marijuana with a prior conviction, a class A misdemeanor. Bond was set at $5,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Shawn David Hovenden, 26, of 3350 E. CR 700S, Claypool, for dealing in a controlled substance resulting in death, a level 1 felony. Bond was set at $100,000 surety and $1,000 cash.
• Johnnie Franklin Howard, 39, of 225 W. Buckeye St., South Whitley, for dealing in a schedule IV controlled substance, a level 5 felony. No bond listed.
• Taylor Aaron Julian, 33, Argos, for possession of a narcotic drug, a level 6 felony, and possession of paraphernalia, a class C misdemeanor. Bond was set at $5,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Ian Robert Leake, 26, of 707 E. Center St., Warsaw, for possession of methamphetamine, a level 6 felony. Bond was set at $5,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Cory Allen Martin, 36, of 111 S. Wood St., Apt. A, Warsaw, for possession of a syringe, level 6 felony, and possession of a narcotic drug, level 6 felony. Bond was set at $10,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Naomi McKnight, 22, of 1304 E. Market St., Warsaw, for possession of a narcotic drug, a level 6 felony, and possession of cocaine, level 6 felony. Bond was $5,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Cassandra A. Medley, 34, of 11813 N. Robin Hood Road, Cromwell, for possession of a narcotic drug, level 6 felony, and possession of paraphernalia, a class C misdemeanor. Bond was set at $5,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Andrew Steven Secor, 37, of 3762 W. Old 30, Warsaw, for two counts of dealing in methamphetamine, level 2 felonies; two counts of possession of methamphetamine with sentence enhancement, level 3 felonies; and two counts of unlawful carrying of a handgun, level 5 felonies. Bond was set at $75,000 surety and $1,000 cash.
• Dale E. Shepherd Jr., 39, Macy, for possession of methamphetamine, a level 6 felony; possession of a syringe, a level 6 felony; possession of marijuana, a class B misdemeanor; and possession of marijuana with a prior conviction, a class A misdemeanor. Bond was set at $5,000 surety and $250 cash.
• David Gene Singer, 50, of 209 N. Lake St., Syracuse, for dealing in methamphetamine more than 5 grams, a level 3 felony; possession of methamphetamine, a level 5 felony; dealing in methamphetamine with sentence enhancement, level 2 felony; and possession of methamphetamine with sentence enhancement, a level 4 felony. Bond is set at $50,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Austin Lee Waller, 29, of 215 E. Smith St., Warsaw, for possession of a firearm by a serious violent felony, level 4 felony; possession of methamphetamine, level 6 felony; possession of a syringe, level 6 felony; possession of methamphetamine with sentence enhancement, level 5 felony. Bond Was set at $15,000 surety and $500 cash.
• Zachary Henry Woodcock, 32, of 405 Wexford Place, Warsaw, for possession of a narcotic drug, a level 6 felony, and possession of a syringe, level 6 felony. Bond was set at $5,000 surety and $250 cash.
