• 11:38 p.m. Sunday - Brent A. McNess, 53, of 504 Hitzler St., Warsaw, arrested for disorderly public intoxication by alcohol or drugs. Bond: $400.
• 1:40 p.m. Monday - Coby Mitchell Martin, 23, of 4101 Kuder Lane, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

• 8:35 a.m. Monday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and Ind. 13, Pierceton. Two-car collision. Drivers: Dustin M. Garber, 36, Bainbridge, Pa.; Jasmine Ponce-Gutierrez, 27, East CR 450N, Warsaw. Injury: Ponce-Gutierrez complained of head pain. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 6:47 p.m. Saturday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated in the 2100 block of East CR 175N, Warsaw. KCSO.
• 8:36 p.m. Saturday - A person was arrested for theft, disorderly public intoxication by alcohol or drugs and resisting a law enforcement officer - fighting in the 100 block of South Lake Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 3:02 a.m. Sunday - A welfare check was performed in the 1500 block of South County Farm Road, Warsaw. WPD.
• 5:09 p.m. Sunday - A traffic stop was initiated for a person driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension in the 2900 block of South Ind. 15, Warsaw. Silver Lake Police Department investigated.
• 5:19 p.m. Sunday - Merchandise was reported stolen in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.
• 6:37 p.m. Sunday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 600 block of Buck Trail, Warsaw. WPD.
• 10:03 p.m. Sunday - A person was arrested for disorderly public intoxication by alcohol or drugs in the 500 block of Lyon Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 1:22 a.m. Monday - Domestic battery was reported in the 300 block of North East Street, Milford. Milford Police Department investigated.
• 4:44 a.m. Monday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 500 block of Ross Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
