Pamela Irene Harrell, of Warsaw, passed away on Saturday, Jan. 20, 2024, at Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital in Warsaw at the age of 67.
She was born on Sept. 2, 1956, in Hammond, to Betty Jane Dilts Harrell and Verland L. Harrell. She was a 1974 graduate of Knox High School. Pamela was a resident of Kosciusko County for the past 20 years, where she called Warsaw home. She worked her entire life in the newspaper advertising industry, spending 20 years at the Warsaw Times-Union in advertising sales. Being in sales always has its challenges, but Pamela always had a positive attitude, and over the years built strong relationships with many customers. She loved traveling, could always be found reading a good book and especially loved spending time with her family. She was a wonderful aunt and loved her nieces and nephews.
She leaves behind her daughter, Holly (Kerry) Mann, Warsaw; two sisters, Patricia Smith, Warsaw; and Ronda Gray, Arizona. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Larry; and three sisters: Jacque, Jerri and Verlonda; whom they affectionately referred to her as “Bill.”
Her family will mourn her passing privately. Pamela left many memories for her family to remember her by and she will live on in the hearts of those that loved her. Arrangements were entrusted to Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw.
