Jean Fisher

Jean Fisher, age 64, of Bremen, went home to her heavenly home on Monday, Jan. 22, 2024.  
She was the daughter of Donald and Ilah Hartzell Fisher. Jean was born June 6, 1959.
She was a 1977 graduate of NorthWood High School. She worked 34 years at Biomet, and almost 10 years at Graphix Unlimited, in Bremen. She loved to garden, take care of her flowers, and enjoyed mowing her lawn. She loved going to Ladies Bible Study at Living Gospel and she helped with Moms Group at Camp Creek where she worked with the 4- and 5-year-olds. She also was involved many years with Vacation Bible School, where she was a director, teacher, helper and crafts. She loved teaching the children of Jesus Love. She was a faithful member of Hepton Union Church in Nappanee, where she attended all her life, where she served the church in many areas, from teaching to leading music. She also enjoyed going on trips with Lisa and Denny. She really enjoyed the month in Florida in 2023.
She is survived by her sister, Lisa (Dennis) Blosser, of Nappanee; also her uncle, Wayne (Sharon) Fisher; and aunt, Nancy Fisher, along with many cousins.
She was preceded in death of her parents, Donald 2/14/2015 and Ilah 2/24/2015.
Per her wishes, there will be no viewing or funeral service, there will be a graveside service at Stony Point Friday, Jan. 26 for family.
There will be a celebration of life service on Saturday, Feb. 3 at Camp Creek Church at 10 a.m. with a meal following the celebration in the Fellowship Hall at Camp Creek. All family and friends are welcome to attend the celebration of Jean’s life and meal.
Memorials can be given to Hepton Union Church or the Family Christian Development Center of Nappanee.
