The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 8:21 p.m. Tuesday - Anthony Steward Jr., 24, Hammond, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600.
• 10:14 p.m. Tuesday - Brandan Allen McNees, 23, of 1406 Oriole Drive, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 12:41 a.m. Wednesday - Raymond Lee Blake, 20, of 907 Country Club Road, Warsaw, arrested for criminal conversion. Bond: $600.
• 1:11 a.m. Wednesday - Matthew Claude Swafford, 32, Fort Wayne, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond set.
• 3:14 a.m. Wednesday - Stephanie L. Bull, 25, of 3274 E. Armstrong Road, Leesburg, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 11:34 a.m. Wednesday - Isai Eudiel Perez Martinez, 22, of 3762 W. Old 30, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 6 a.m. Tuesday - West U.S. 30, 250 feet west of North Ind. 15, Warsaw. Car hit traffic sign. Driver: Pamela C. Davis, 56, Nature View Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 3:40 p.m. Tuesday - North Ind. 15 at mile marker 0, Warsaw. SUV-pickup collision. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

Incidents
• 6:55 a.m. Tuesday - A fur coat was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 3000 block of North Ind. 13, Pierceton. KCSO.
• 10:13 a.m. Tuesday - A warrant was served in the 1500 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
• 11:16 a.m. Tuesday - Theft of a firearm was reported in the 6900 block of South Ind. 19, Mentone. KCSO.
• 6:23 p.m. Tuesday - Two vape pens were reported stolen in the 2300 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 8:21 p.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of paraphernalia in the 2200 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.
• 11:11 p.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated in the 500 block of South Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 12:13 a.m. Wednesday - A warrant was served in the 900 block of Country Club Drive, Warsaw. KCSO.
• 12:26 a.m. Wednesday - A foreign warrant was served in the 600 block of North Colfax Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 2:04 a.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated in the 2000 block of North Fox Farm Road, Warsaw. WPD.
• 11:14 a.m. Wednesday - A person was cited for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension in the 1400 block of South Zimmer Road, Warsaw. WPD.
• 1 p.m. Wednesday - Indecent exposure was reported in the 2200 block of East Jefferson Street, Warsaw. WPD.
