Wanda L. Hunter Glover, affectionately known as Pat or Nana to her family and friends, died Jan. 7, 2024.
Born on April 17, 1940, in Martin, Ky., Wanda was the daughter of Joe and Julia Hunter.
After graduating from Prestonsburg, Ky., High School, Wanda began her career at United Telephone of Indiana. After 42 years of service, she retired in 2002. Wanda was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Warsaw.
Wanda is survived by her daughter, Penny (Murray Bartel), of Warsaw; son, Terry (Angie) Hile, of Austin, Texas; siblings, Joann Walgamuth and Maudie Byrd, of Galveston, Texas; and Ron (Deb) Hunter, of Warsaw; grandchildren: Mallory Bartel, of Warsaw; and Jaxon Hile, of Austin, Texas. She will also be missed by serval nieces and nephews; uncle, Buddy Hunter; friends, Kevin and Judy Weaver, The Taco Tuesday Ladies, all of Warsaw; and Jan Miller, of Grovertown. Wanda was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Elmer; and a sister, Brenda.
Titus Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Warsaw is entrusted with Wanda’s care. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to the Goshen Center for Cancer Care, 200 High Park Ave., Goshen, IN 46526.
