• 12:56 p.m. Monday - Harold Dale McCord Jr., 34, Huntington, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600.
• 3:44 p.m. Monday - Katrina Ann Burgin, 33, of 2692 E. Evergreen Drive, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 5 p.m. Monday - Randal Lee Kephart, 34, of 9671 W. CR 300N, Etna Green, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $500.
• 6:33 p.m. Monday - Latisha May Williams, 30, of 1133 S. CR 675W, Warsaw, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $5,250.
• 8:06 p.m. Monday - Corina Morales, 40, Richland, Wash., arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 9:38 p.m. Monday - Ryan Nichol Peet, 29, Coldwater, Mich., arrested on a warrant. No bond listed.
• 10:38 a.m. Tuesday - Karissa Elise Johnson, 27, of 7735 S. CR 700W, Claypool, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 10:45 a.m. Tuesday - Christopher Michael Booth, 44, of 1520 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 11:16 a.m. Tuesday - Devin Michael Brown, 31, of 510 S. Graceland Ave., Claypool, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
• 11:34 a.m. Tuesday - Luis Fernand Santana-Contreras, 24, Mishawaka, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 5:50 p.m. Monday - Intersection of Prairie Street and Ind. 15, Warsaw. Two-SUV collision. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
• 7:26 p.m. Monday - Intersection of West CR 350N and Ind. 15, Warsaw. Car went into ditch. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
• 5:40 a.m. Tuesday - Intersection of Ind. 15 and Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Car-truck collision. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.
• 11:15 a.m. Tuesday - CR 125, 400 feet east of CR 950, Etna Green. Pickup hit utility pole. Driver: Anthony W. Holmes, 51, Penny Lane, Nappanee. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
