Sharon Marie Spangle Bloodworth of Zephyrhills, Fla., a cherished soul born on March 13, 1967, in Wabash, graced this world with her presence until Dec. 30, 2023. She was a beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother and friend, leaving behind a legacy of love and warmth that will forever linger in the hearts of those she touched.
Born to Eldon and Arvada Putman Spangle, Sharon grew up alongside her two brothers, Gary (with his wife, Maxine) and Andrew (with his wife, Stefanie), cultivating deep bonds of family that remained unwavering throughout her life's journey. She found her lifelong partner in James Bloodworth and together, they raised a beautiful family. Their sons, James Jr. (with his wife, Stacey), Josh (with his wife, Diana), and Shane (with his wife, Amber), were the source of immeasurable pride and joy for Sharon.
Her adoration extended to her cherished granddaughters: Pearl, Luvinia, Chrissy, Lisa, McKenzie, Destynie and Athena, who brought boundless delight and laughter into her world.
Sharon had an affinity for the simple pleasures in life. She found solace and delight in the intricate plots of "Grey’s Anatomy" and "911," often shared with her dear daughter-in-law, Amber. Her quiet moments were often filled with the challenge and satisfaction of completing crossword puzzles, a hobby she held dear.
Her love for roses mirrored the beauty she brought into the lives of those around her, and her fondness for cardinals painted her world with the vibrant colors of nature's palette.
In honoring Sharon's life, a graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 12 at Oakside Cemetery, Zephyrhills, Fla., a place that will serve as a final resting place for her earthly remains. As we gather to bid her farewell, let us carry forward the memories of her kindness, laughter and unwavering love, knowing that she will forever reside in our hearts.
Sharon Bloodworth's absence leaves a void that will be deeply felt by all who had the privilege of knowing her, but her spirit will endure through the countless lives she touched with her love, compassion, and gentle spirit.
