AKRON – Virgie V. Teel, 86, Akron, died at 12:20 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 6, 2024, at Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital, Warsaw.
Virgie was born Oct. 11, 1937, in Akron, to Max E. And Leora Robinson Hoffman. She was married June 29, 1957, in the Akron Church of God to Paul E. Teel; he survives.
A memorial service is being planned for a future date at the Akron Church of God. The final remembrance place will be in the Akron Cemetery.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Hartzler Funeral Home, Akron.
Memorial contributions can be made in her memory National Kidney Foundation, 30 E. 33rd St., New York, NY 10016.
