• 3:35 p.m. Wednesday - Levi Samuel Crisler, 31, of 2441 W. CR 250S, #168, Warsaw, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond listed.
• 4:41 p.m. Wednesday - Michael Terrance Henderson Jr., 18, of 27 Pequignot Drive, Pierceton, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $500.
• 7:26 p.m. Wednesday - Daniel Earl Haab, 27, of 8280 E. U.S. 30, #20, Pierceton, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 11:45 p.m. Wednesday - Steven D. Nissley, 48, Bremen, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $500.

• 1:43 p.m. Dec. 28 - Intersection of East CR 450N and Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Sherryle L. Miller, 76, West Crystal Flash Road, North Webster. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.
• 6:18 p.m. Tuesday - South Ind. 15, 175 feet south of West CR 950S, Silver Lake. SUV hit wooden post. Driver: Rene B. Williams, 64, East Sycamore Street, Silver Lake. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 3:46 p.m. Wednesday - Consumable goods were reported stolen in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 10:16 p.m. Wednesday - A bench warrant was served in the 3600 block of North Ind. 19, Etna Green. KCSO.
